it didnt work after I enter “sudo apt-get install ksmserver kicker”
I get this message:

only prob I have is when clicking the refresh drop down menu it immediate scrolls back up...in other words there is nothing I can select and it is stuck at 2 min intervals...which is fine for me, but other people may be looking for more</description>
